The CQA819PD fully automatic PP strap winder effectively reduces the total extrusion-to-winding line length by more than 30%, thanks to direct parallel extruder winding and simultaneous two-strap winding. Traditional lines require 10-20 meters of accumulator stands to buffer speed variations. The CQA819PD uses dancer constant tension control and a compact frame to place the winder right after the extruder exit, eliminating the accumulator.
